Our Approach
Shen Tao Studio offers “Rent a Workstation” for those interested in teaching others, or for INDEPENDENT STUDY.
Workstations include: the Ladder with Weight Track, Bench, Stool, Calf Stretcher, Rolling Cart, Trampoline, Swivels, and all of the additional accessories listed under EQUIPMENT.
We believe that solo training and teaching others are two necessary steps in the process of becoming your own master, and developing your own understanding of the SHEN TAO APPROACH.
Rent a Workstation: $20 for up to 3 hours.
