Designed for both Instructors and Practitioners, this workshop covers a basic range of vocabulary utilizing the SHEN TAO LADDER, extender, staff, BENCH, and STOOL.

Workshop topics include:
- Joint articulation
- Timing
- Muscle usage
- Sequencing

Participants also receive instruction on teaching one-on-one and group classes.
