Our Movement Lab classes begin with the question, "How can we help?"
Each student's input helps formulate the topics and structure of each class (i.e. movement principles, muscle groups, etc.).
The class progresses gradually in its tempo, from a centering practice at the beginning, to sections for opening tight and restricted muscles, coordination challenges, and strength building. Each class finishes with hanging stretches on our unique Shen Tao Ladders.
