Our Goal is to return authority to the individual instructor, to empower each individual to find their own voice, craft their own style of communication, and develop their own unique approach to movement education.

Our Certification Program provides training not only in exercise vocabulary, but also in verbal communication skills, in-depth hands-on techniques, and most of all, the physical conditioning of the instructor themselves.
