necessary for effective, powerful jumping.
An emphasis is placed on conditioning
the feet, ankles, knees, and hips
to
withstand the explosive power
required for large jumps.
Timing drills
on mini trampolines
help you cultivate a sense for
the rhythms
and timing of a variety
of classical ballet jumps.
