Our Shen Tao/Ballet Workshop offers dancers
the opportunity to apply the benefits
of our A.A.R.T. class directly to their explorations
of classical and contemporary ballet.
The first portion of this workshop utilizes Shen Tao
training equipment
to explore a balletic vocabulary
in a
unique and non-traditional manner.
The second portion
(taught by guest instructors)
follows the structure
of a traditional ballet class,
emphasizing the principles
explored
during the morning session.
