Our Approach
Our SHEN TAO/BALLET WORKSHOP offers dancers the opportunity to apply the benefits of our Movement Labs directly to their explorations of Classical and Contemporary Ballet.
The first portion:
Utilizes Shen Tao training equipment to explore a balletic vocabulary in a unique and non-traditional manner.
The second portion:
(taught by guest instructors)
Follows the structure of a traditional ballet class, emphasizing the principles explored during the morning session.
Open to dancers of all levels.
